Wildlife visibility, animal behavior, and seasonal patterns are inherently unpredictable. SafariDex provides data-driven rankings based on historical sightings and expert knowledge but cannot guarantee wildlife encounters.

TO THE FULLEST EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW, SAFARIDEX SHALL NOT BE LIABLE FOR ANY INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL, SPECIAL, CONSEQUENTIAL, OR PUNITIVE DAMAGES, INCLUDING LOSS OF PROFITS, DATA, OR BUSINESS INTERRUPTION, ARISING FROM YOUR USE OF OR INABILITY TO USE THE SITE.

5. Accuracy of Information

We endeavor to provide accurate, reliable information based on expert knowledge, field reports, and historical data. However, we make no guarantee of 100% accuracy. All data is provided for informational purposes and does not constitute professional travel advice.

All content on SafariDex, including text, images, graphics, logos, data visualizations, and the Wildlife Experience Index (WEI) methodology, is the exclusive property of SafariDex or its content providers and is protected by international copyright laws.
